You can select the appropriate book club that corresponds to your child's age. If you're unsure, you can choose the older age box as children often grow into more advanced reading levels.

We aim to send you a variety of carefully selected books each month. To encourage exploration, we do not offer the option to select specific titles in the subscription box. However, if you have specific titles in mind, you can always shop for them individually at our bookstore.

We offer prepaid subscription options with varying durations, including one-time, 3-month, 6-month,9-month, and annual plans. Keep in mind that the longer the subscription, the more cost-effective it becomes.

Yes, shipping within Kuwait is included in the subscription cost.

We aim to send you books you don't already own. However, if you do receive a duplicate, we have an easy exchange policy. Please contact our support team at hello@bennysbookskw.com within 7 days of receiving the duplicate book, and provide a picture of both the received book and the duplicate you already own. We'll swiftly arrange an exchange for you.

Subscription boxes are shipped once a month on the 15th. If you subscribe before the 15th, your first box will be shipped during that month's shipment period. If you subscribe after the 15th, your first box will be shipped during the following month's shipment period. Subscribers can generally expect to receive their boxes within 3-5 days after shipment.

We do not offer cancellations as our subscriptions are prepaid. However, we provide multiple prepaid options, allowing you to choose the duration that best suits your needs.

Additionally, we offer a 7-day window for customers to evaluate their first box. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your initial experience, you may request a cancellation within this timeframe by emailing hello@bennysbookskw.com. Please note that refunds and returns are only applicable to the first box of your subscription. Once the initial 7-day window has passed, refunds and returns are no longer available.

If you're planning to travel and wish to pause your book subscription, please send an email to hello@bennysbookskw.com specifying the duration of your travel. We'll make sure to accommodate your request accordingly.
